At Serelle, every bespoke piece is created with a thoughtful and personal approach. We
understand that bespoke jewellery is deeply individual, and we work closely with each client to create something refined, meaningful, and timeless.
The Bespoke Process
Our bespoke process begins with an initial consultation where clients can share their ideas, inspirations, preferences, or reference images.
This may include:
- Preferred gemstone type
- Design style or inspiration
- Metal preference
- Ring size or measurements
- Budget guidance
- Any personal details important to the design
Where required, we can source suitable gemstones specifically for the project through our private sourcing service.
Once the direction is agreed, design concepts, sketches, or stone selections may be shared for approval before production begins.
Production Timelines
Bespoke jewellery timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and gemstone sourcing requirements.
Estimated completion times will be discussed during the consultation process. In most cases, bespoke commissions are completed within approximately 2–4 weeks following final approval.
Delays caused by gemstone sourcing, external certification laboratories, or shipping providers may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Design Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all final design details before
production begins.
Once final approval has been given, production will commence and changes may no longer be possible.
Natural Gemstones
As we work with natural gemstones, each stone is unique. Variations in colour, inclusions, tone, and character are part of the natural beauty of genuine gemstones and should not be considered defects.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke jewellery, bespoke orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
If you wish to cancel a bespoke order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pricing
Bespoke pricing varies depending on the design, gemstone selection, materials, and
craftsmanship involved.
Quotes are provided individually for each commission.
