Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The gemstone or item must be returned in its original condition
• The item must remain unused and unaltered
• Any certification, packaging, or accompanying documentation must also be returned
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the item arrives damaged, or
• an incorrect item was sent

For security purposes, we strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping service when returning gemstones or jewellery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Bespoke or custom-made jewellery
• Special order sourced gemstones
• Items altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

Where applicable, gemstones may include gemmological certification and detailed specifications to support authenticity and transparency.

As all gemstones are natural, slight variations in colour, inclusions, and appearance may occur. Natural characteristics are part of the uniqueness and beauty of each stone.
